Intrawest Resorts File IPO to go Public
Intrawest, with it’s headquarters in Denver, Colorado, filed an initial public offering to take the company public. Intrawest has it’s gloves in seven mountain resorts in North America and runs Club Intrawest, a private vacation club with eight locations across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The IPO is suggested to bring in $100 Million to be allocated for purchases of ski industry companies which will grow their footprint.
